Informed Consent Policy

The journal requires that all research involving human participants comply with internationally accepted ethical standards. Authors must confirm that informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection.

For studies involving human subjects, authors must state clearly in the manuscript that:

  1. Participation was voluntary.

  2. Participants received adequate information about the study.

  3. Written informed consent was obtained.

For studies involving minors or individuals unable to provide consent, informed consent must be obtained from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative.

For case reports, clinical images, or any publication containing potentially identifiable patient information, authors must obtain explicit written consent from the patient (or legal guardian). Identifying information must be anonymized unless explicit consent for publication has been granted.

The journal reserves the right to request documentation of informed consent at any time. Failure to provide appropriate consent documentation may result in manuscript rejection or retraction.
