For Conference Organizer
Lentera Perawat is open opportunity for collaboration with conference organizers.
Lentera Perawat, a reputable peer-reviewed journal in the field of nursing and health sciences, is now opening a valuable opportunity for collaboration with conference organizers across Indonesia and beyond. This initiative is part of our commitment to support the dissemination of high-quality research and innovations in nursing practice, education, and healthcare policy.
Through this collaboration, selected papers presented at your event will be published in Lentera Perawat, providing an added benefit for your participants by facilitating the publication of their scholarly work in a recognized journal.
This partnership offers mutual advantages: it enhances the visibility and impact of your conference while helping researchers and practitioners publish their findings through a rigorous and supportive peer-review process. We especially welcome papers in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, and our editorial team is ready to work closely with your organizing committee to ensure a smooth and professional publication process.
If your institution or organization is interested in this collaboration, we encourage you to submit a formal proposal outlining your event details, expected number of papers, and timeline to our editorial board at editorlenteraperawat@gmail.com. Proposals will be reviewed promptly, and selected partners will be contacted for further discussion.
Editorial Workflow :
-
Initial Title Review:
Conference organizers are required to submit a curated list of proposed article titles for preliminary evaluation. Lentera Perawat editorial team will assess the relevance of these topics to the journal's readership. Please email the title list for this initial screening (editorlenteraperawat@gmail.com). -
Full-Text Assessment:
Selected tittle will proceed to the full-text review stage. Organizers must submit complete manuscripts via email for editorial evaluation. -
OJS Submission:
Upon full-text approval by Lentera Perawat editors, organizers have two submission options:-
Bulk submission of all accepted articles through the OJS platform. OR
-
Delegating individual authors to submit their manuscripts independently.
Note: Strict adherence to Lentera submission guidelines is mandatory for all contributors.
-
-
Peer Review & Editorial Decision:
Each manuscript undergoes standard double-blind peer review. Based on reviewer feedback, the editorial team will issue one of three decisions: acceptance, rejection, or revision request. -
Post-Acceptance Procedures:
Accepted papers follow standard publication protocols as outlined in the Lentera Perawat editorial guidelines. - Lentera maintains a standard Article Processing Charge (APC) for all publications, including conference manuscripts. No discounts or fee waivers are offered for papers originating from conferences. Authors and organizers should account for the full APC when planning submissions.
Let us work together to advance nursing knowledge and improve healthcare outcomes through quality academic publications.
