How to Submit

Step 1 — Register & Log In as Author

  1. Go to the journal’s OJS site (https://jurnal.stikesalmaarif.ac.id/index.php/lenteraperawat/index)

  2. Click “Register” to create a new account.

  3. Fill in your personal information (name, active email, affiliation, username, password).

  4. Check the role as Author.

  5. After registration, click “Login” and sign in using your username and password.

Step 2 — Start a New Submission

  1. After logging in, go to Dashboard > Author.

  2. Click the “New Submission” button.

  3. You will go through 5 submission steps in sequence.

 Step 3 — The 5 Submission Steps

Step 1 — Start

  • Choose the Section (e.g., Articles, Research Articles, Reviews).

  • Tick the Submission Checklist items (originality, format, references, etc.).

  • Add any comments for the editor if needed.

  • Click Save and Continue.

Step 2 — Upload Submission

  • Click Upload File → choose the file type (Article Text and Tittle Page, or Supplementary File).

  • Upload your main manuscript file (usually .doc/.docx).

  • Click Continue → Complete → Save and Continue.

Step 3 — Enter Metadata

  • Fill in the article Title and Abstract.

  • Add all authors’ names and affiliations (Add Contributor → select Author).

  • Enter Keywords and References (if required by the journal).

  • Click Save and Continue.

Step 4 — Confirmation

  • Review all uploaded files and entered data carefully.

  • If everything is correct, click Finish Submission.

  • You will see the message “Submission Complete”.

Step 5 — Submission Complete

  • Your article will now appear in your Dashboard: My Queue → Submissions.

  • Wait for the editorial and peer review process to begin.

  • You can track your manuscript’s progress through the tabs: Review / Copyediting / Production.
