Ineffective breastfeeding is frequently experienced by breastfeeding mothers and is commonly associated with inadequate breast milk supply, suboptimal infant latch, breast pain, and low maternal confidence. This case study aimed to describe the application of a combination of rolling massage and Oketani stimulation using the BEST for MOMS e-book among mothers with ineffective breastfeeding problems. A descriptive case study design was used involving two breastfeeding mothers with infants aged 0–1 month in Sukaraya Village, East Baturaja District. The intervention was conducted over 8 visits within 4 weeks and consisted of breastfeeding education using the e-book, demonstration of rolling massage, Oketani stimulation, and assisted breastfeeding practice. The results showed improvement in breastfeeding status in both clients, indicated by increased breastfeeding frequency to more than 8 times per day, infant urination frequency reaching 8 times per day, smoother breast milk production, improved infant latch, and reduced breast pain, nipple soreness, breast engorgement, and maternal anxiety. The combination of rolling massage and Oketani stimulation supported by the BEST for MOMS e-book may help improve breastfeeding success among mothers with ineffective breastfeeding problems.
