Antenatal Care (ANC) is an important health service for pregnant women to monitor the health of the mother and fetus and to detect pregnancy complications early. Compliance with ANC visits is influenced by several factors, including the mother's knowledge and her husband's support, which play a role in increasing awareness and motivation during pregnancy. This study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research population consisted of all pregnant women who underwent pregnancy check-ups at TPMB Bdn. Titik Aryanti, S.Keb, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2025. The sample consisted of 40 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires on the mother's knowledge and husband's support, as well as ANC visit data from the MCH book and medical records. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The study results showed that mothers with good knowledge mostly had good category ANC visits, totaling 8 respondents. (40.9%), the Chi-Square test showed a ρ value of 0.015 (ρ < 0.05), which means there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and ANC visits. For the variable of husband support, respondents with high support mostly made ANC visits in the good category, totaling 10 respondents (71.4%). The Chi-Square test obtained a ρ value of 0.005 (ρ < 0.05), meaning there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and husband support with Antenatal Care visits. It is recommended that health workers can improve promotive and preventive efforts through counseling and health education regarding the importance of regular antenatal care (ANC) visits.
